This is my own house & home, and I am the only other person in the unit. I am a mature 56 y.o. gentleman. Retired, but working from my second bedroom office/studio.

I am just a little different. Not the typical 'easy-going' tattooed tradie type. I am a deep thinker and do like a conversation. Firm in my ideas but not judgy at all, and expect the same in return.

Gay Friendly and open to either gender (please have just the one, and I am straight if that matters to you). I have lived with gay men, and some ladies too, and they have mostly been great.

Age is technically open, but honestly will probably work better with someone genuinely mature, which mostly only comes with age and life experience. If you are younger, I will consider you, but really help me see that you are a good fit from my side of things (see below).

Longer stays are preferred, as I don't love feeling like a motel for people with better places to be. This can be your home too.

Open to a pet but only after I meet and approve of them. You look after them and their messes. (There was a cat here)

The boring bit: I value my property and space. Simply put: If you use it, I expect it to be put back where you found it. If you want to change it: Ask first. No parties or dramas. I keep my home 100% smoking and drug-free. Do what you like when you are out, but be sure to leave it in your car.
