I have two rooms and a bathroom in my home I’m looking to lease out to an individual. This would mean you would have your own bathroom and two bedrooms.

The house is situated on a beautiful equestrian property with lots of native wildlife and offers a laidback, quiet country lifestyle.
We are 20mins to the M1 and roughly 30mins to the beach and city.
