Hello we are looking for our next addition to our room mate family!
About us:
We are Anna (37) and Perley (39). We are laid back, genuine people who are looking for like minded souls to share our space. We are more than just house mates, we are a household and we spend time with each other, but also give each other space when needed. We like to share the odd meal, go out for dinner or just chill out and watch TV or talk. Perley works shift work and Anna works Monday to Friday office based but from home also.
About the room:
The room in unfurnished, with ceiling fans, built in wardrobe. Bathroom is shared with 1 other.
About the house:
This 3 bed, 2.5 bath in Helensvale is a two story home, bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and lounge/kitchen/living and laundry/WC downstairs and a good sized outdoor area perfect for hosting friends for bbqs.
House is furnished - washer, dryer, tv, fridge, kitchen stuff, lounge.
Parking:
There is street parking available just outside the complex and a pool on site shared with the other houses in this gated area.
Rent and Bills:
$310pw inc all bills - water, electricity, internet (Excess energy usage, will be split 3 ways)
Gardener/mowing costs will be spilt 3 ways when needed.
Household cleaning items and toilet paper etc will be contributed to on a regular.
You must be willing to become an approved tenant through real estate or have your name added to the lease.

Its only a ten minute walk to the GLink / Train and to Westfield and an even shorter walk to Helensvale Club Tavern!

Hey we are Anna (37, Aussie) and Perley (39, British) we both are fun and friendly!
Anna is a training coordinator out in Beaudesert who works from the office most days. She enjoys her chill time after a stressful day of work and enjoys binge watching her favourite shows, going the gym and food!
Perley works as a manager of Timezone in Coolie and works shifts. In her spare time she enjoys chilling out, going to the gym and trying all the new gluten free foods around the gold coast, she also loves to cook!
We both work hard and don’t want a party atmosphere or drama, just looking for someone we get on with an looking for someone who wants an easy life! We enjoy binge watching shows together, will often share a meal and have the occasional weekend cheeky drink at home, but our home life is very chilled and calm, looking for someone who fits in with the vibe rather than just trying to fill the room!
