Helensvale, Gold Coast

This is a lovely contemporary home. It is not a rent house but a home for everybody that lives here.

This house is in a great location. It is in “The Sorrounds” right next to Westfield Helensvale built on the old Golf Course and the whole area is only x5 years old. We are surrounded by bush and national park right across the road. It is very quiet and peaceful.
The Train and Tram are 14 minutes walk and Westfield about 18 minutes minutes walk. This is the only suburb on the Gold Coast with access to the Train & Tram.
There is a Leisure Centre 9 min walk from the house. There is a Cafe, Large Pool and Gym. It is very handy and a great part of the Sorrounds.

It is always clean and tidy. The kitchen is always left how it was found which is clean and tidy. There is a cleaning roster which is done every two weeks by the next person in order on the roster. Everybody in the house enjoys living in a clean, tidy and organised house and they all take pride in keeping it like this.

This is a two story home with plenty of room. There is a Home Theater with a huge Fat Screen, a Living Room with another large TV and a Sitting Room with another TV.

There is a Pantry where everybody has there only shelf and space etc. There is also plenty of extra cupboard space. The Pantry also has another Bench Top with a Sink and an Air Frier with range-hood.

There are two large Double Door Fridge Freezers and another Freezer so everybody has plenty of space for food etc.

The house has Ducted Air Conditioning into every room. This supplies Air Conditioning, Fan Air and Heated Air for winter. There are also Solar Panels which helps towards the cost of power etc. There is also Fans in every room.
