You’ll have the master bedroom with an ensuite, plus an additional smaller room for extra space.

I’m looking for a new housemate to join my home! The house is extremely clean and tidy—we even have a robot vacuum that vacuums and mops daily to keep everything sparkling.

The household includes me, my friendly small fluffy dogs, and my four-year-old, so it’s important that you’re comfortable with a child around. This isn’t a party house; it’s a calm and welcoming home.

You’ll have the master bedroom with an ensuite, plus an additional smaller room for extra space. I’ll be using the other two rooms in the house and the garage, which won’t be accessible, but there is off-street parking available. Rent is $400 per week includingbills and internet, with $800 holding deposit.

A little about me: I’m currently in the process of buying a house lease ending on the 18th of feb. Small change i will renew.

If we get on well, you’d be welcome to move into the house I buy, but of course, there’s no pressure if that’s not something you’re looking for.

I’m ideally looking for a single female, but open to other.
