• Rent includes electricity, water, and Foxtel in living room
• Street parking only.
• Must love dogs – household has a wise older dog and a playful pup

Ideal Tenant:
• Preferably female
• Non-smoker
• Quiet, tidy, respectful
• Employed
• Will treat my home as their own
• I will consider a couple - negotiable
• Unfortunately, no pets ☹ as we have reached limit
