About the property
I live in a Lovely 3 brm unit, consists of 3 balconies. Each bedroom has its own balcony, over looking the Large pool and spa, and Barbeque area, which is perfect for Friends, and Family to enjoy as well, when visiting. Only Female Guests to stay overnight on agreement The Gardens, and trees are Beautifully landscaped, and well maintained. Also there is a small Gym. It's a well secured property, with cameras and I have intercom. The views here are amazing, as my unit overlooks the water, and there's a huge terrace upstairs, I have a spa and also Barbecue to entertain, or just kick back and relax, and enjoy the Sunsets, which don't disappoint. And yes I have Netflix, and air con, and your own undercover car park Last but not least I have a new Family member He's a Beautiful 1 and half yr old Cat who is very sweet and has a gentle lovable nature named Ollie everyone loves him 🙂

Hi I'm Bev, I'm a retired Nurse, and I moved here to the Beautiful Gold Coast, a few yrs ago now. I'm Australian, I love the the Beach, enjoy walks, relaxing by the pool, watching a good movie, Shopping, cooking, and going for short drives, to explore new areas. I also do volunteering which I really enjoy and love a barbecue on the above terrace overlooking the Beautiful Beach,and watching the water activities, and people going by, very peaceful
