Hi there. I own my home and have a room available to rent in labrador. Close to the Broadwater, shops, public transport, uni, Tafe etc. I have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom triplex with a bedroom available for rent. I'm a mental health and disability support worker and am at work quite alot.
I would love to share with someone who is chilled quiet and respectful but who can also have a laugh and enjoy convos occasionally. My home has 2 living areas so there is plenty of space and would love someone who is compatible with me to join our little household :) ideally looking for an international student or a worker who works afternoon / nights due to schedules
