If you value a calm but chirpy, clean, and beautiful space that also supports creativity and self-expression, this could be your new sanctuary. I’ve poured a lot of love into creating a peaceful and inspiring home, and I’m looking for someone who’ll appreciate and add to the vibe.

You’ll be sharing with me (creative, respectful, grounded) and my gentle little dog Beanie — part-time couch philosopher and full-time sweetheart.

Some days are chatty and music-filled, others are restful and quiet — we flow naturally with the energy of the day.

🛋️ Fully furnished with quality, comfortable furniture and stainless steel appliances

📺 Entertainment-ready: Massive new LG OLED TV with Netflix, great sound system

🍽️ Kitchen: Dishwasher, full cookware set, quality appliances

🚗 Parking: Plenty of easy street parking

🛏️ Room setup: Comes with queen bed base (just bring your mattress — happy to help you source one affordably if needed)

🛁 Bathroom access:

Two separate toilets (upstairs & downstairs)

I use the shower briefly (5 mins)

You’ll have full access to the bathroom

My personal storage/getting ready space is in a separate room

Rent: $330/week (or $440 for couples) — recently reduced

Bond: $1300

Lease: lease available (ideal for building strong rental history), but no pressure — happy to finalise that decision after a trial period if preferred
