Cafes and shops in walking distance 200mtrs... Easy to get into town with bus stop 80mtrs away, I drive and there is on street parking only. Fully equipped kitchen and modern shared bathroom with shared balcony. Washing machine & Dryer, clothes line, dishwasher, vaccume, coffee machine, Ninja, Microwave are all included. Free on- street parking. All bills included in price.
The room will be unfurnished, however can help with furnishings if needed, can include a double bed and base and some draws if needed.

About the flatmates
I work full time 6days a week. So im usually using the apartment as a home base between going to work and exercise. The apartment is currently occupied by myself only at the moment and looking for someone to benefit from this beautiful location, close to bus stop 80mtrs away. Older apartment with homie feels. Quiet area so not really a party house. If you like exercising its a great spot with the walking track on the broad water at your doorstep. I'm from the Gold Coast originally and enjoy this end of the coast, close to beach and not to far from shops.
