You will have your own bathroom and bedroom, with the whole downstairs living area to yourself. There is a washer and drier machine as well, an a dishwasher. We have a parking space available for you and it's a 2 minute walk from the grocery store and bus stops! Super convienet location and with a nice yard with beach chairs to tan!

Hi! My name is Nyla and I'm currently living in Labrador at this beautiful property. I'm 18 and i moved here from Canada. Our lease is signed until end of October, and I'm going home for 1-2 months in the winter time here and wanting to rent out my room. My other flatmate is Kristen who is a 21 year old from Canada who is a student at Griffith university. We both love the beach, going out, and travelling:) we're super laid back and are looking for someone similar to replace me! We also have 2 guys that are Canadian and our age living with us yet they have their own bathroom and space. They're both very respectful!
