Our bright and spacious home is perfect for a single female ( no couples ) who is busy working or studying full-time and is often on the go.
The weekly rent includes everything electricity, water, internet, and all utilities. The room comes fully furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and a built-in wardrobe.
Our home is located within a secure gated property with access via a gate code. We’re just a 2-minute drive to the Broadwater, walking distance to Coles supermarket and public transport, and only a 3-minute drive to Harbour Town Outlet Shopping Centre.

About the flatmates
Hey, I’m Jess and my fiancé is Tobias we’re both in our early 30s and homeowners who take a lot of pride in our space.
I’m a brow specialist and educator and run a small, appointment-only studio from our home, so the house is generally calm, professional and well looked after during the day. Tobias is a telehealth dietitian and nutrition coach and works from our upstairs office.
We also have a 13year old female Pomeranian that is incredibly friendly and sleeps in the studio majority of the days.
We live a very health-focused but grounded lifestyle. Most days you’ll find us at the gym, on a walk, or visiting a recovery centre 4–5 days a week, balanced with quiet nights at home. We’re early risers, fairly routine, and value a clean, organised and respectful environment.
Our home is not a party house it’s more of a peaceful, reset space. We enjoy our own routines and downtime but are also friendly, open and easy to live with. We’re big on communication, mutual respect and everyone feeling comfortable in the home.
