Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my lease on our cute little home in Chirn Park! Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars and the Broadwater. The backyard is an amazing entertaining space, great to catch some sun or have an afternoon beverage under the palm trees. You’ll be sharing with a bubbly 26 year old hairdresser Paige and her cuddly cat Doug. Keeps to herself but doesn’t mind a chat or a catchup drink. Your room comes with built in wardrobes. Rent includes internet. You’ll be paying $370 to start with, going up to $380 in mid February. Move in date is flexible, but can be as early as 23 January. The lease goes until August 2026.
