About the flatmates
Hi! I’m Lachie, I’m an active and easy going 30 year old and I’m renting a bedroom + ensuite in my home at Labrador, which also includes an off-street parking spot. I’m a non-smoker, don’t have any pets, and aim to maintain a clean home. My girlfriend and family live in Brisbane, and I often travel between Cities.
The room has previously been occupied by a close friend (non-smoker) who is moving out at the end of January.
Ideally I would prefer that this is rented to singles, however if you do wish to move in as a couple I am open to negotiating an increased rental arrangement.
The current rent does not include bills - which would be shared evenly (water, electricity, internet).
We are well located, only a short walk (10 mins) to the Broadwater, 10 min drive / 20 minute cycle to Main Beach, along with a very short walk (2 mins) to local shops and public transport, and 5-10 mins to Harbour Town shopping centre.
