I have a private 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with 1 spare oversized and light-filled bedroom available for rent. There is also a third room, but I'd like to keep this as a study - so there will only be 2 of us living. :)
The room is furnished with a super comfy double bed, wardrobe and has a private/secure dual access from front or back of the house. There is air-conditioning and fans so you'll be comfortable all summer long.
The house is furnished with all the necessary/basic living, dining, kitchen, laundry appliances, etc. There's super fast NBN internet.
There is a carport for 2 cars (tandem) and additional on street parking. There is also a nice private/fenced off front yard and small backyard to enjoy.
