About the property
Single bedroom on offer for rent. Can fit double bed but is a tight squeeze. Single bed or king single can do. Unfurnished. Two windows. Across from shares bathroom. Ideally one person.
There is a games/study room available with its own desk so if you're someone looking for a space to chill that would be located next to the rented room. Massive backyard great for BBQ.
Transport is pretty much next door along with baseball court for practice and a park to relax. Rent will be split between three and the internet bill is solely covered by myself offering unlimited data. Power bill and water bill is separate at a quarterly basis.
Shared kitchen, shared bathroom. Living room will mostly be occupied by myself on weekends or weekdays afternoons as it's my space to chill. As mentioned before there is a study room included with desk. Chair. Ceiling fans and a TV unit. (There is a tv there however that can easily be removed)

Hi, My name is Samuel Bessell. I am a full-time worker who spends my weekend gaming or hanging with friends and spends the weekday as an all rounder service worker. I currently own one dog named beans that lives inside and goes outside in the afternoons when I come home from work. My dad Bradley Bessell lives with me. He occupies the bottom house due to his knee injury and age. He's also a full-time worker in the detailing industry.
We're both looking for a quiet well mannered tenant to help out with the rent and who's Friendly with animals. Ideally a student looking to study at the nearby university or general Tafe. Quiet is essential and respect of privacy is important. Reliable on paying on time and in advanced for security measure.
If you're someone who fits the bill please don't hesitate to get in touch. The maximum stay is one month as it's a trial run to see if you're a suitable tenant.
