Hello!
Both Georgia (26) and myself (Ryan 25) are looking for a 3rd housemate :)
Georgia works in the healthcare system and loves running, gym, the beach, coffee and MORE 👹
Ryan works for a large tech company and also loves going to the gym, long walks, travelling, catching up with friends.
We both love being social but also love our quiet time. We’re not a loud household and we’re both actively in and out of the house - something we’re looking for in our 3rd housemate!
The lease agreement ends December 3rd 2026. However we imagine there’ll be the option for extension. You wouldn’t be on the lease, you would be an approved occupant. However a bond down payment will be required.
Ideally we are looking for either a woman or an LGBT individual. :)
