About the property
The property is based in Labrador, just minutes from Harbour Town, in a quiet complex.
You’ll be moving into the master bedroom, complete with your own ensuite, air conditioning, and garage parking. The downstairs living area is also air-conditioned, making the space comfortable year-round.
The lease agreement ends December 3rd 2026. However we imagine there’ll be the option for extension. You wouldn’t be on the lease, you would be an approved occupant. However a bond down payment will be required.

Both my housemate Ryan (25) and I (Georgia 26) are looking for a friendly, respectful third housemate to join our home.
I work as a Registered Nurse at GCUH and enjoy staying active — I’m into the gym, running, and going for walks. I also love beach days and checking out new cafés and coffee spots.
Ryan works in the tech industry and enjoys going to the gym, walking, travelling, and spending time with friends.
We’re social and enjoy a chat or shared time together, but we also really value our quiet time. With work and other commitments, we’re both in and out of the house fairly often. We’re hoping to find someone who is like-minded, respectful, clean, and easygoing.
