About the flatmates
Hey there 🌷🌳 We are a sharehouse of working professionals (working in health sector), 3 women, that like to live in a calm, friendly, LGBTQ+ accepting environment. Personal space is always respected , but sometimes we like to share a meal and relax together or watch a movie. We have a little 13 year old dog here who is very sweet and low-maintenance, so tenant needs to be okay and accepting of living with a dog. Not really a party house, but we do occasionally have a gathering here & there. We have a weekly cleaning roster that we keep up & a big backyard (twice as big as the house) with mango trees, limes and dragonfruit (& more). Also a large unused greenhouse from previous owners. Internet, water & electricity is not included in rent but we all share the cost of these utilities. =)
