Rent is $500 per week (bills not included).

The apartment has a private balcony with beautiful water views, and you’ll have your own bedroom and private bathroom. Includes a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, plus your own secure underground parking space.
The building features a pool, sauna, gym, indoor and outdoor common areas, and a kids entertainment room.
You’d be sharing with a female, 28-year-old nurse who works shift work. She’s clean, respectful, and easy to live with. She also has a sweet 1-year-old cavoodle named Finn who is very well-behaved, friendly, and calm 🐶
Must be real estate approved and have rental history.
The lease runs until October, with the option to extend / re-sign.
