About the flatmates
Hello everyone!
My housemate (female) and I are looking for a 3rd friend to live with us. Our townhouse is based in Labrador, very close to harbour town, the hospital and Griffith university.
Currently the master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite is available, with aircon, a fan and the garage.
We are both full time working, quiet but enjoy social activities types of people. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, respectful of space, similar age to us (20-30 yo) and willing to join our lease as an approved occupant until December 3rd 2026 (with the possibility of extension).
We’re after someone ideally working near full time hours. Unfortunately this room isn’t open to couples, as the townhouse is not big enough for 4 people. We also are not open to WFH individuals, apologies.
For the master bedroom with ensuite, aircon and garage it would be $320 a week. Bills not included.
The room will be Available around middle of February, as we will need formal approval from the real-estate agency.
