About the flatmates

Other happy flatmates are clean, tidy, quiet, respectful, sensible people who like their own space but also like company and a get together. They enjoy gym, guitar, music, cooking and socializing. Currently 3 housemates (late 20's/30's) are easy to get along with, work full or part-time and occupy 3 upstairs rooms. There is a roster re looking after the common areas, keeping them clean and tidy or flatmates can work their own roster out. Flatmates tend to stay for long periods. The current room occupant is moving back overseas. Previous flatmate worked from home, taking up a new work opportunity in WA and was happy here for 6 years with various aged flatmates.
