Labrador, Gold Coast

Hello future flatmate/s,

The room is ready to be moved into from the 10/1/2026, I'll update here when I found the perfect flatmate/s.

I'm looking for either a female or couple ($400 for a couple due to extra expenses) who can move into the room on January 10/1/2026.

The unit is located in an amazing, central area with everything you could need at your doorstep in Labrador.

Cafes and restaurants are across the road, shopping centres less than 1km away, gyms at the end of the street, and if you need it 2 bus stops only 100m away. You can swim or chill on the sand by the Broadwater which is only 100m away too.

The room has an ensuite with a walk-in shower, there's a large built-in wardrobe and access to the large, furnished outdoor patio area.

I work with kids and adults with disabilities, work Monday to Saturday and coach Para Athletics. I'm generally up early and am out of the house most of the day at work or beach and gym on days off.

I have a small toilet trained Maltese/shitsu Sia, she doesn't bark and is super friendly. I enjoy a good conversation and like some time to myself as well. I hope to find a healthy, non smoker who doesn't mind having a chat or meal together now and then.
