About the flatmates
I’m 28 and work full-time, usually long days (around 8am–7pm), so home is very much a place to unwind and recharge. I’m chilled, friendly, and respectful, and I value a calm, easygoing household.
Outside of work I enjoy surfing, fishing, and heading out for a nice dinner. I appreciate a clean, tidy space and people who respect each other’s privacy, but I’m also up for the occasional social catch-up or shared meal.
Just a heads-up: there’s a construction site going up next door, so the place isn’t ideal for full-time working from home. It suits someone who’s out during the day or doesn’t mind a bit of daytime noise.
