Think bright, modern, and super cosy all female flat. We’ve got, a chilled-out lounge and dining (ideal for Netflix nights or relaxing reading)
Spacious kitchen to cook up a storm even a massive outdoor area next to the shared pool perfect for the morning coffee or evening wine, your pick! The flat is well looked after as I'm clean, tidy, and organised. Air conditioning and cleaning fans in all bedrooms. Storage shed in garage and on street parking if you have a car.

🛁 The Room
You’ll be taking over the main room, with your own private ensuite bathroom (complete with shower, toilet and vanity – no bathroom queues here!).
The room can come unfurnished, but ideally the current tenant would love to sell you the bed and mattress if you're interested.

👀 Who I'm Looking For
Someone aged 27–37, working full-time, sociable, respectful, clean, and chilled. No smokers, partiers or pets please. As this a not a party house more of a comfortable place to call home.

Rent: $410 a week, paid direct to the agency
Deposit: $1480 TBC
Bills: Not included in rent (electricity and internet)
Available from end of Jan to mid Feb flexible.
You'll need to pass standard references & right to rent checks as you'll be put on a 12month lease with the agency.
