The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of trees and a nature reserve on the same street.

It is a 4 bedroom house but only 3 people will live here and one of them only stays 5 days a week. One bedroom will be empty.

You will share a bathroom with one other person who live here 5 dyas a week and wakes up at 5am...

Room is unfurnished so you will need your own bedroom furniture.

There is a bus stop, jets fitness gym and swimming centre all within walking distance.

Surfers paradise is about a 20 - 30 minute drive, close to theme parks as well.

Closest supermarket is coles which is less than a 5 minute drive, also a shopping centre with restaurants etc, nearby

Big backyard to enjoy

We're looking for someone who:

No shift workers.

Is respectful and enjoys a peaceful home life.
Values cleanliness and will tidy up after themselves.

There is solar panels on the roof and rainwater is used for flushing toilets so utility bills are low.

Is looking for a medium to long-term rental.

Weekly Rent and Terms:

$300 per week paid in advance
Security deposit of $1000 (Bond) required upon move-in.
So total move in cost is $1300
Bills are included in rent.
