About the property
Its a super privet and peaceful house and location.
Big yard and gardens, with a pool that looks over lush tropical gardens.
Lots of wildlife, birds, kangaroos, wallabies, koalas
Its a large house, and you'll have the choice of 1 of the 3 empty rooms. One is at the complete opposite end of the house to mine, so privacy isn't an issue.
You'll have exclusive use of the main bathroom. The only time I'd ask that it be shared, is if visitors come over, which isn't often.
Air-conditioning throughout the whole house, and ceiling fans in every room and living area. The house usually keeps pretty cool with just windows open and fans on, as there is usually a nice breeze, but those hot humid days do sometimes call for the AC.
