About the flatmates
Looking for a female housemate to share, townhouse located 200 meters from the beach.
On weekends I spend my time either catching up from a busy working week at home, down at the beach, walking and coffee, or going out for a drink. I thoroughly enjoy being a hermit sometimes on the weekend and as I work quite long demanding hours at work, so staying in on the couch with a movie and takeaway in my pjs is my next go to at nights on weekends.
Looking for someone who also works full time, can respect someone’s privacy and own space. Though doesn't mind venturing out.
Rent is inclusive of unlimited internet and tv subscriptions (Netflix, Stan, binge, kayo). Bills included. Spare third bedroom downstairs near the laundry for any additional storage you may need or extra space you want for a desk ect. Bedroom isn’t used. Courtyard also available for use as I don’t use this either. My car stays in the garage though parking on the street is easy or there is a small spot allocated in the complex for the unit.
