Ensuite room available in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment in Mermaid Beach. It's a great place in a secure gated complex with a lagoon pool and hot tub. It's a short walk to the beach and there's free on-street parking right outside. $500 a week including bills. Sharing with a couple, male and female in our early forties.
Our ground floor apartment has a large open plan living room/dining room/kitchen area. We have our own ensuite bathroom and bedroom, and you have your own bedroom with ensuite shower room and sink, and also a toilet room just adjacent to your room, privately used by you.
There’s a lovely patio area out the back for alfresco dining, and a garage if you need to store suitcases.
