Stunning beachside house in the heart of mermaid beach. There are 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom, an open planned kitchen and living area, an outdoor patio area with a swimming pool. The house is fully furnished including your bedroom. There is a balcony on the top floor and a separate living space where you can enjoy people watching from the window.
Our spacious 4 bedroom house has 1 room available - it has an en-suite in the room and aircon.

This room will be available from the 15th of February until the 6th of march as my roommate will be moving back in.
If couples apply the rent will be $650 per week.
You are 1 minute walking distance to the beach. It is also a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and bars at Nobby’s.
Just so you are aware there is some construction going on in the area that operates from 7am until 3pm Monday through Friday.

You’ll be living with 3 other young professionals who are all in our 20’s. We are looking for someone who is easy going, will keep the place clean and respect each other’s spaces.
Not a party house, but we do love a good vibe!
We enjoy having friends over now and then for a glass of wine or a few beers, and Sunday BBQs are a bit of a tradition. It’s a relaxed, social home—perfect if you’re looking for a friendly and respectful space that still enjoys a laugh and a good feed.
