The apartment is located 5 mins walk from Pac fair & the Light rail, 10 minute walk to oasis shopping centre cafes, restaurants & gym.
Building has well equipped gym, pool, spar, steam room, sauna, rooftop lounger area, bookable event space & a work space.
The room you’ll be moving into is a well spaced double room with built in wardrobe, you’ll have your own toilet but it is unfurnished. Ready for you to make your own.
Rest of the house is furnished but open to style changes if you want to stay long term. Balcony with views of the ocean & panoramic views of the hinterland from your bedroom & our lounge area.
Unfortunately there is only 1 car park & I have a car, the on street parking is 3 hour limit but a street over there is unlimited time (if you can find a spot)
Ideally looking for someone who can onboard to finish the lease until April 2026, if we are a good match then we can renew for another 12 months.
No couples or international students, sorry :)

Hey Im Jack, I’m a 32 year old online fitness coach, I WFH Mon-Thu & have 2 ragdoll cats living with me.
I’m clean, tidy & drama free, I work at another 2 jobs over the weekend so will be out of the flat most of the time.
I’m big into being active, cycling, hiking, training etc but also like to chill out in the evenings (Binging Tv shows, movies & gaming) . I like going out every now & then to meet new people, but not really looking for a party environment at home.
The cats are chill AF, ragdolls are like the dogs of the cat world, they sleep a lot, they like people & have never scratched or bitten anyone. (I was not a cat person growing up) they take care of them selves as have automatic water & feeders & their toilets are discreetly hidden.
