- This room does not have a built in wardrobe but we have solutions if you need a wardrobe/extra storage. The open cupboard next to the kitchen, we made that into a cupboard for this room which is in front the door but the room is big enough for drawers & clothes rack.
- This room has so much natural light

This place is sitting in a good spot. We are one street back from the GC Highway & Nobby’s shops & 5mins walk to the beach.

- We have sausage dog if you like dogs :) Maple is lovely!
- The house is fully furnished
- We pay someone to maintain the lawns & back yard, it is $80 per month, twice a month in wet season.
- Internet is $29ea mthly
- Water is charged 6mthly
- There is a lot of free on-street parking & walking distance to the bus stops & soon to be tram.
- We have plenty of space in the garage to store your belongings & back yard.
- This is not a party house but pleaseee have dinners or games nights :)
- The house is always clean & hope to keep it that way <3
