I am looking someone to be on the lease with me. Preferably long term. It’s a single room for $400p/w including all bills(electric, water and fast internet broadband), 2 weeks bond ($800), and 1 week advanced rent ($400) total of $1200. It’s a unit with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and separate toilet to share just with me. I can also apply you for 24hours parking off the street. It’s very convenient. 5 minutes walk to Pacific fair, tram, near Kurrawa park and surf club, close to everything. A minute walk to the beach. You will be living with just ME, I work full time, I go to the gym, I do pilates reformer, swimming, walking, running and fishing. I am single and no man coming around my place so I prefer the same lifestyle as me. Working, student and strictly no BF coming around at my place. It’s only for single preferably female from 30-40 years old. Or younger if it’s suitable. I am nice, clean, kind and love to cook. You don’t have to worry about sharing the bathroom, kitchen and etc for too many people. The room is fully furnished with plenty of storage as a female we do have lots of clothes and etc just bring your suitcase and you are ready to sleep in! The food and personal stuff is not included in the rent. You need to buy your own stuff. Share the cleaning and house chores in the house as you also you will be using the house too. Always tidy and clean after yourself. A clean house is a happy life!. I’m looking for someone who is nice, clean and chill to share my unit. NO DRUGS, NO BF, NO PARTY PEOPLE, NO ALCOHOL, NONE SMOKER!
