About the flatmates
I’m 44, easygoing creative professional. I’m pretty relaxed, respectful, and like keeping a comfortable, positive home. I’ve got two boys aged 10 and 12 who stay with me part-time and mostly live with their mum — they’re super chilled, well-mannered, and easy to be around. Their Mum and I also have a great relationship. No drama there :)
The house is in a great spot — five minutes’ walk to the beach, next to a gym, Soak Bathhouse and close to Pac Fair. Plenty of restaurants, bars and pubs nearby. It’s a safe, secure space where everyone has their own room to breathe and feel comfortable. I’m friendly and social but also mindful of personal space. Looking for someone who wants a home that feels calm, easy, and genuinely nice to live in. I have a small French bulldog who is very funny and cute. Will consider smaller dogs and cats. It’s not really a house for larger dogs sorry.
