About the property
The property is a spacious private rental. Around a 5 minute walk to the beach with street parking available. We’re looking for someone to move in the end of Feb.
There is one room available with either an ensuite or a shared bathroom (depending on who moves in). Rent will be between 320-300 depending on room. Will consider a couple but rental price will change :)
We’re looking for someone who is laid back and respects our space. Not typically a party house but we’re a pretty social bunch and would love someone to fit that vibe.
We respect a clean space and dont want someone that works from home, sorry.
Room is unfurnished and the current house mate will be taking some furniture with him so any house hold furniture is welcomed!
