The flat is just steps from patrolled beaches, and a short walk from cafes, a tram stop and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.
At this stage, I'm hoping for another young working female to come join me! I am social, and enjoy a wine or two after work and on the weekends - but I also value my alone time.
