About the property
I am looking for someone who wants a 2-3 month stay. This is a one bedroom flat so the lounge would be your room. It has a bed, bedside tables and draws set up as well as a ceiling fan. It has its own access to the laundry and bathroom too.
Ideally looking for someone who likes to surf, would be keen on some afternoon bbq’s and is super chill. Has a front balcony right on Hedges Ave. Property has a pool and lots of storage for surfboards.
I work full time and travel often so you would have the house to yourself during the day and I usually come home, cook dinner and head to my room. Open to any questions too! Great for someone who just wants a beachfront property for a short stay and not fussed on being in the lounge.
