Nice little unit super close to the beach in Mermaid Beach. Walking distance to public transport, cool bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. You’ll love this laid back beach neighbourhood, and can walk to the beach (only 200 metres). Backs onto a park with a BBQ area. It's a really nice neighbourhood and a small block of units.
All Bills included - $250/week inclusive of internet, electricity etc. No bond required.
Looking for a like minded person who is quite chilled, happy, tidy and polite and in age bracket around 25-35. Not the party type vibe.
The unit includes absolutely everything from furniture to all cooking essentials/appliances and great wifi.
The room comes with a queen bed and mattress (a newer Ikea bed since the photos). Everything you need to just move in. Car parking is on street.
My current roomie is moving out at the end of April.

About the flatmates
I'm a relaxed 32 year old guy who has lived on the Gold Coast my whole life, and done a bit of travel as well.
Work is full time at a school and I do some freelance web and graphic design on the side as well which I work from home 1 day a fortnight.
I'm really close to the beach which is so epic, mostly do my own thing but also enjoy a chat as well. I have lived with couples, guys and girls before and have also done the Air BnB thing here and there too so get along with everyone that's decent and enjoys a laugh.
My main passion is surfing and I enjoy the outdoors and yoga as well. Enjoy getting up early and going to the beach and am a pretty easy going person.
Usually out and about exploring on the weekends or going to see friends. I love living a healthy lifestyle and not a big partier but will have the occasional few. Prefer non-smokers.
