Lots of parking at the bowls club downstairs and it’s just a super friendly building to live in as well as everyone is very respectful to your privacy.

I have a young puppy (11 weeks) who lives with me. She’s in the early stages of training, so I’m looking for someone patient and comfortable around dogs while we go through that phase together.
I’m clean and respectful in shared areas, but I’m not a hyper-strict or micromanaging household. Due to a leg injury, I sometimes need a little time to get around to things, so this suits someone relaxed and understanding rather than overly rigid.
I’m friendly and considerate, but this isn’t a “best friends” share house it’s a quiet, private space where everyone feels comfortable doing their own thing.
If you’re easy-going, respectful, and looking for a low-drama, adult living arrangement, this will be a great fit.

About the flatmates
I’m currently looking for up to two flatmates to rent rooms in my permanent home. This is not a traditional equal share house it suits someone who is comfortable being a guest-style flatmate and respecting that this is my primary residence.
You’ll have your own room, and the bathroom is shared. The unit is fully furnished (photos aren’t current).
I mostly work from home, but I’m also always out and about so I’m looking for calm, respectful people who work or study and are independent with their own routines.
I value a clean and comfortable home, but this is a relaxed, non-micromanaged household. Mutual respect, privacy, and consideration in common areas are important.
This is best suited to someone who enjoys a peaceful environment, understands boundaries, and isn’t looking for a highly social or equal-control share house. If that sounds like you, it can be a really easy, drama-free place to live. I’m really easy going.
I also have a young puppy who lives with me, so the right person will be comfortable around dogs and patient while she’s in training.
For everyone’s comfort, I do a 1-month trial period for all new flatmates to ensure it’s a good fit on both sides before we both continue living together.
I’m also in the process of purchasing a new couch so you will have to wait a couple weeks to fully use the lounge-room before it arrives.
