About the flatmates
Room available in Mermaid Waters from beginning of March - single person (no couples sorry)
Home is well maintained and kept clean and tidy. The house is a mix of boys and girls (mostly kiwi & Aussie - one Spanish) late 20’s - early 30’s.
We are all friends - have occasional flat trips/outings together , BBQ’s and occasional drinks, but also all work full time and appreciate our chill time, especially week days.
We all enjoy a bit of a laugh so ideally you can take a bit of cheeky banter/jokes. Everyone is very active into running or the gym.
Looking for:
- a female (ideally) as we have an even mix of boys and girls
- someone who is also a Full Time worker (no working from home)
- someone clean, tidy and cleans up after themselves
- someone social but also enjoys quiet time who thinks they will fit into our dynamic
- No pets (sorry)
- Minimum 4 months stay preferred
