Large 5 bedroom house 3 bathrooms two lounges and a games room. Lots of outdoor space overlooking the water front of mermaid waters.

Very chilled environment, not a party house. We like the causal get together here and there but also everyone works full time during the week so the house is quiet, respectful and clean.

Rent includes all bills, wifi, fortnightly cleaner, pool servicing, monthly gardener and house top ups like toilet paper and cleaning supplies.

The room comes furnished with a queen size bed side tables, air conditioning ceiling fan built in wardrobe and a private balcony overlooking the pool area.

Shared bathroom with just two other people.
