Hi there i have the Master Bedroom of a very large property 155sq located on a canal in Mermaid Waters. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the property, giving each person privacy. I am looking for a clean, tidy responsible individual with common sense. You must be employed. Absolutely NO PETS. Only single people need apply. But if your a couple and wish to pay double the rent then apply. Living in the house will be a vibrant retired female Nurse. The cost for a Couple is $750 per week.
