This secure gated complex is located in mermaid Waters.
It has a nice pool and you the house two parking spaces so you can park literally in front of the house
The place wasnt the best when I moved in so we repainted the whole thing so it has a Mediterranean feeling. All has been limewashed including the bedrooms
I don't have a tv nor I want one in the common area. I haven't put internet because I hotspot from my phone, I pay $30 for unlimited calls and 20gb so that's more than enough for myself
The room is unfurnished, if you need help bring a bed and bedsise tables can give you a hand with the van
The 3rd bedroom to be used as an office, chill area or bedroom if someone needs to stay over
Can't have any more pets here sorry and no couples
