There will only ever be 3 residents. You are most likely to be the only person home, most of the time.
If you are not very clean and tidy, this may not be the right fit for you.
We also ask that no drugs are to be on the premise.
This home has its own private beach that leads into a 17 hectare spring fed freshwater lake you can swim, kayak or SUP on. Due to a concrete revetment wall, there are NO SHARKS, NO MIDGIES OR SANDFLIES.! (not a canal)
It is located in quality street, about 1km from Q Super Shopping Center and gym, 2km to beach, Pacific Fair and Bond Uni. Easy access to all GC hospitals. We have wonderful quiet neighbours. Great security.

I am rarely home due to work and travel.
I purchased the home with the intention of having flatmates, for company, security, help pay mortgage.
