Merrimac, Gold Coast

We have a spare room available in Merrimac for the right person. $300/wk shared bathroom with 2 others. The suburb is relaxing, not busy and not too quiet. It's close to the M1 so basically takes about 15 mins to go to most places on the Gold Coast. It's 100m from public transport and connects easily to Robina Town Centre 5 mins away. We have a cat already so can’t take any other pets.

Huge pool. Not a party house, it’s fairly quiet and housemates need to be considerate of others. Must follow house rules which is basic common sense stuff to keep everyone happy. Respect for one another’s shared space is extremely important to me. Looking for someone who matches the same vibrational frequency as the household.

Lounge room has been converted to the extra bedroom so may not suit those wanting an indoor social space. We all keep to our own rooms and share a large outdoor entertainment area or the dining area to chat. Energy worker so light energy is prioritised. Not suitable for cigarette smokers and must have stable employment.
