Or Im happy to just rent one room at $450 and then you may have own toliet and I won't rent the other room out.
Merrimac is only a 15 minute drive to Broadbeach and pacific fair mall.
Also only a 10 min drive to Robina mall and a 20 minute drive to Surfers.
The highway is only a few minute away as well. So it is very central to everything.
There is a very large pool and spa.
The neighbourhood is gated and there is lots of parking in the area.
There is also a gym, sauna and game area.
I have two rooms available in 2 weeks.
House is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
So you will only be sharing a bathroom with one other girl.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

I have 2 sweet cats Prince and Mindy Loo so you must like animals.
When I travel, which isn't often, I need roomates willing to look after my cats.
I don't want alot of people at the house all the time but guests are fine.
