Merrimac, Gold Coast

Hey there! We live in a lovely townhouse located just off the highway in Merrimac. Robina Town Centre and the Robina Hospital are less than a 10 minute drive away. There is also Coles and small shopping centre just across the bridge (2 minute drive away). It is a very modern unit inside an estate with a pool and rec room. The landlords are very sweet, attentive and professional, the property itself is maintained very well and there’s a lovely sense of community here.

The room available is the master bedroom with a double mirrored walk in wardrobe, ensuit, aor on and a large window that lets in a lot of light with a fresh breeze. The room itself would be unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished so you only need to worry about decking out your bedroom!

Parking would be on the street outside of the complex as the property has strict parking laws but it’s not a far walk.

With bills we split everything into thirds, some come monthly some are quarterly. The bills are; Gas, Electricity, Water and Internet. I take care of everything so you don’t need to worry about signing up to anything.

We’ve just resigned the lease and it’s contracted until July 2026. Ideally we'd like someone more long term as we love this home and will be here for a long time! 💖
