It also has air conditioning in the lounge room and all bedrooms. The room has a double bed, two bedside tables and a book case. You will be sharing the bathroom with one other girl. Both of us study in the share house so Uni students preferred. Parking is within the complex. The complex is gated and has a pool and BBQ area. There is a bus stop right out the front of the complex. I’m looking for someone who is well mannered, clean and can operate in a social house with shared chores. Women only and no pets.

About the flatmates
My name is Caitlin and I’m a full time medical student. I’m looking for other students/ full time workers to share this townhouse with me. The one bedroom offered for rent shares a bathroom with one other female. I’m out most of the day and spend my free time hanging out with friends and going to the beach. I’m friendly super easy going, fun and i'm happy to socialise or respect people’s privacy. I have two small maltese x dogs called Mila and Tilly, they are quiet and well behaved.
