I have two spacious private rooms to rent in a 3 bedroom house (not the entire property) (1 room is an office and used) situated in Merrimac.
I’m offering a periodic (month to month) or ideally a fixed lease between 2-6 months.
Ideally I am looking for someone who is part of the LGBTI community or an ally.
Room Features Include:
- Very spacious rooms each with built in robes
- Fans
- Queen bed and mattress can be provided if needed
- Shares bathroom with large shower, a bath and a seperate toilet

Rent per Room
- One Person - $350 per week (Including some bills) (room 1). The second room is $350 per week plus bills
- Couples - $450 per week (some bills included (room 1) or $500 per week plus outlays (room 2).

About the flatmates

I’ve moved into a spacious 3 bedroom plus study property in Merrimac. I’m looking for a like minded person/people to move in a positive vibe and chilled home. Must be LGBTI friendly.
I am friendly, down to earth, fun and reliable. I like a few drinks (on the weekend), watching movies, any type of competitive games (whether it be sports, board or card games) etc. I am happy to socialise and respect peoples' privacy.
I have a two small Japanese Spitz, named Casper and Coco. Casper is 4. He is house trained and loves cuddles!! He has passed puppy manners and obedience school.
Coco has finished house training and fits in well.
The dogs will not bother you in your bedroom but they love attention!!
