Merrimac, Gold Coast

You'll be taking a complete, spacious and newly furnished bedroom to yourself! Myself and my partner have one bedroom and our own ensuite in the home, with the second bedroom to yourself, including the toilet and bathroom as your own. The third bedroom is a spare room that will not be rented.

The home is located in Merrimac on the Gold Coast and is only 10 to 15 minutes to either Robina Town Center, Nerang commericial district, Pacific Fair and the beach. Also just across the highway (about 2 minutes drive or 10 minutes walk) is a shopping precinct with heaps of stores such as coles, a bakery, food shops, a gym, laundromat etc.

All bills including water/power are included in your rent, as well as having access to free unlimited NBN (Fibre to Premises 500/50 with a fast wifi modem; or ethernet installed if required). We have a large new fridge, gas cook top, smart tv and washing machine, as well as a nice outdoor area to relax around.

The room has been newly painted, floored and furnished; however am open to discussing the furniture depending on your needs :) Currently the bedside table, bed frame, king single mattress, mattress protector, desk, chair, lamp and shelf is included with your rental (please bring your own linen). There is a large window for natural light and an inbuilt wardrobe and under bed storage space too.
